What it costs, before you ring.
Most installers make you book a visit to find out the price. These are ours, with the fitting already in them. Nothing monthly, and no cloud subscription.

What is in the price
- The equipment, chosen on the survey rather than off a shelf
- Installation by our own engineers. We do not subcontract.
- All cabling, in trunking or concealed through the fabric
- The app, set up on every phone in the house
- Training, so you can find and save a clip before we leave
- A two-year guarantee on parts and labour
What is not
- Scaffolding, where a job genuinely needs it. Rare, and quoted first.
- Making good on a wall that was already damaged.
- Monitored police response, which is a separate annual arrangement.
- Anything we find on the survey that changes the job. Always quoted before we start.
