We ring the evening before with an arrival time. The engineer fits the system, tests every camera or sensor with you, and sets the app up on your phone before leaving.

No. It sounds the sirens and tells your phone straight away, and you decide what to do. There is no monthly monitoring contract to pay.

The hub has its own battery, so the alarm keeps working through a power cut. If the broadband drops, the sirens still sound; add a SIM and it will keep sending alerts over the mobile network too.

Usually not, if the detectors are placed with pets in mind, which is part of the fitting. Tell us about them on the day and we will site the detectors accordingly.

Yes. The hub takes up to 150 devices, so extra movement detectors, door contacts, fobs, keypads, smoke and flood sensors can be added whenever you like.

No. It works over your broadband, by cable or Wi-Fi. A phone line is not used at all.
